New profiles are manually reviewed and go through a multi-step quality assurance process. Additionally, pet sitters have the option to verify their profile. We use the same system that banks use for verification. A verified profile can be identified by the "Verified" note next to the person's name.
We also have a very reliable rating system – the ratings can give you a good indication of the pet sitter's quality and trustworthiness. In each profile, you can see the response rate, last login date, and uploaded resumes, certificates, and references. This allows you to assess whether the person is active on our platform and what experiences other clients have had with them.
