- You were unable to contact a pet owner or pet sitter,
- You couldn't find a pet owner or pet sitter that meets your requirements,
- Our platform did not meet your expectations,
- or you are dissatisfied for any other reason,
you can make use of our Satisfaction Guarantee.
How to use it:
Please contact our support team within the first 14 days of starting your Premium Membership through the contact form and let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us for continuously improving Tiersitter24 and our service.
We will then refund the amount of your Premium Membership💸 – no questions asked – to the original payment method used💳.

Please contact our customer support directly if you have any questions about refunds. This way, we can arrange your satisfaction guarantee quickly and easily. A chargeback and report from the payment provider (payment conflict) usually delays the process significantly, as the amount is blocked during the often long processing time – we can no longer arrange a refund during this time.
